    Notes: The squat cowling around the Lycoming boxer engine shows that this a more recent example. In fact, she was built in 1971 but still retains the lovely lines of the Golden Age original.

    Notes: Capturing the Master from a low angle on the ground only seems to accentuate the airplanes squat proportions. However, Aeronca aircraft are not built for speed, they are built for the pilot to savour the flying experience.
