    Crashed.
    There were three minor injuries. The accident occurred at Dillingham, AK, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The amphibious aircraft crashed as the pilot was landing on glassy water at the inlet of nerka lake. Subsequently, it sank came to rest inverted in clear water on the bottom of wood river with the gear retracted the flaps extended. Moderate rain was falling when the pilot was landing.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Wood River, AK, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot he was taking off and after initial climbout, approximately 50 feet above the water, the airplane stopped climbing. The engine sounded normal but the aircraft would not accelerate. The pilot stated that he stalled the aircraft on climbout.
