Report remarks include: Evading C-150, N19095, which had transponder off. Incident occurred at or near Glendale, CA.

    Notes: 2013 photo at Slave Lake, AB - Quite an extensive fire base here with the now customary Electra on standby. This one has been in the Air Spray fleet since 2003 and came from the UKs Channel Express. Note the red dye on the ground from retardant spills.
