    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-101300.

    January 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n FB206 as a Mustang III and operated with these markings: UZ-M.

    18 August 1944

    Involved in an incident.
    Involved in mid-air collision with a Mk XIV Spitfire NH 713. Wreckage recovered from woods in the UK.

    From Circa 20 September 2010 to Circa 2022

    To Pacific Fighters/John Muszala, Idaho Falls, ID with new c/r N426QA.

    Restored.
    Ground-up restoration at Idaho Falls, ID.

    ID based on airframe components reported as salvaged from a dump site on a former USAAF base in England. Acquired by John Muszala as collection of P-51B and P-51C parts.
