The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; wet soft ground. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Fuel screen assembly in carb installed backwards...
