    The incident occurred at Harvard, IL, United States. The time was 1500 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Dacy Airport. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; wet soft ground. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Fuel screen assembly in carb installed backwards...
