    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA80IA103: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:40 hours. There was minor damage. Incident occurred at the Harry S Truman Airport, St Thomas, VI. The flight departed from St Thomas, Vi, with the destination St Croix, Vi. The propellar failed during the takeoff run. The factors included; corrosion. Report remarks include: No. 2 propeller blade separated.
