During cruise flight the aircraft received two hits from small arms fire, causing minor damage. |

While on a smoke ruin the aircraft received 12 hits from a 2.75 rocket. No injuries. |

While hovering over elephant grass the tail rotor struck an unseen stump causing a failure of the tail rotor. Hovering autorotation resulted in no further damage, all crew saved. Repaired in theater. |
