    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Oceana Co Airport (CO4) Hart, MI, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The accident airplane departed the left side of the runway during a takeoff ground run. The airplane nosed over in shrubs and tall grass.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Marathon Airport (MTH) Marathon, FL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot stated he departed from Marathon Airport at about 1620 and performed two full stop landings on runway 25. The winds were from the west-northwest at 15-20 knots. During the third landing while on landing roll, at about 10 mph, the tail wheel started to shimmy and the airplane began to turn into the wind...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the The Florida Keys Marathon Airport (MTH) Marathon, FL, United States. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that, at the beginning of the day, each of the main fuel tanks was about 7/8THS full. He completed two aerial sightseeing flights and was making a third flight. The airplane was about 2 nautical miles from the airport, which was located on an island, when, following a left turn climbing maneuver, the engine began to surge...
