    Constructed as a F-84E-20-RE by Republic at Farmingdale, New York, USA.

    1950

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 50-1143.

    1950

    Transferred to 27th Fighter Escort Group, Bergstrom AFB, TX.

    November 1950

    Base of operations changed.
    Unit was based in Japan and Korea during the early part of the Korean War.

    From December 1950 to June 1951

    Flew many combat missions in the Korean War, mostly in support of ground forces.

    June 1951

    Transferred to 136th Fighter Bomber Wing, Air National Guard, Itazuke Air Force Base, Japan.
    Aircraft was transferred to the 136th, which replaced the 27th in combat.

    136th FBW was the the first ANG FBW in history to enter combat.

    16 November 1951

    Base of operations changed.
    Taegu Air Force Base (K-2) in South Korea.

    1952

    Aircraft was replaced in service in Korea by F-84G.

    1952

    Transferred to 3595th Pilot Training Wing, Nellis AFB, NV.

    Transferred to Robins AFB, GA.

    October 1963

    To United States Air Force Museum, Patterson Field (East Side), Dayton, OH.
