    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC76AA040: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed was to returned to Minchumina, AK. Collided with a dirt bank during the takeoff run. The factors included; flap assemblies, missing, rough uneven terrain and unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were scattered. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The wind direction was 270 degrees. The wind velocity was 5 knots...
