    Involved in an incident.
    Summary: The airframe was damaged but was repairable. There were five fatalities. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Port Kaituma Airport (PKM), Guyana and was destined for Georgetown-Timehri International Airport (GEO/SYCJ), Guyana. The event occurred at Port Kaituma Airport (Guyana) while standing. Narrative: On November 17th 1978, Guyana Airways DHC-6 Twin Otter 8R-GEJ was chartered by a fact-finding delegation led by US congressman Leo Ryan, investigating allegations of abuse at the Jonestown cult...
