    Notes: On display at Sioux City ANGB. 52-7244 was assigned to the 174th TRS (IA ANG) while the unit flew the reconnaissance mission from 1958-1961. It was nicknamed Sioux City Sue after the country song.

    Notes: From 185th Refueling Wing website: This newly refurbished RF-84 Thunderflash dubbed Sioux City Sue is on the ramp in Sioux City, Iowa. It was painted to depict the paint scheme from the late 1950s when the 174th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, Iowa Air National Guard flew the photo reconnaissance mission with the RF-84. The moniker Sioux City Sue was adopted from the 1945 song of the same name. The aircraft is now ready to be put back on static display in Sioux City, Iowa.
