    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC78FAA07: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Metro Field Airport, Fairbanks, AK. The flight departed from Fairbanks, AK, with the destination Bornite, AK. Collided with an object during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: A/c collided with 250 gal fuel drum on takeoff run. Approx 319LBS over max gross wt.
