    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ejercito de Aire with s/n B2-H-155.
    Placed in storage for lack of engines.

    1956

    Fitted with Merlin engines and modified to photographic and map-making configuration.

    14 December 1956

    New serial number assigned: B.21-27 EdA

    14 December 1956

    Transferred to Spanish Air Force Cartographic Group.

    1968

    Painted in WWII Luftwaffe colors and used in the film Battle of Britain.

    1970

    Transferred to 403 Squadron, from Cuatros Vientos, near Madrid.

    November 1972

    Transferred to 406 Squadron, Torrejon in Spain.

    January 1974

    Transferred to 46 Group, Ganda, Canary Islands.
    Active in the Spanish campaign in Western Sahara.

    21 January 1975

    Assigned to Air Armaments Factory, Seville for storage.
    Officially listed as surplus. Last CASA 2.111 in active service with Spanish Air Force.

    October 1977

    Ferry flight.
    Ferried across the Atlantic by British warbird pilot Neil Williams.

    October 1977

    To Dolph Overton, Orlando, FL with new c/r N99230.

    October 1977

    In the inventory of Wings and Wheels Museum, Orlando, FL.
