    Remains were purchased in 1973 by J. Merizan who intended restoring it to static condition.

    Sold to Swedish Air Force Museum in 1984 but remained in the United States.

    Civil registration, N9909F, cancelled.
    Exported to New Zealand.

    To New Zealand for restoration to flying status by Mosquito Aircraft Restorations and Avspecs at Ardmore.

    12 October 2018

    To AVspecs Limited, Manukau with new c/r ZK-BCV.

    January 2019

    Aircraft displayed in RAF 235 Squadron colours, coded L-3, with own serial and 8 x RP underwing.
