    Transferred to 3246th Test Wing, ADTC, Eglin Air Force Base, FL.

    Transferred to 31st TFW, Homestead AFB, FL.

    By 1987

    Transferred to 179th FIS, 148th FIG, Minnesota ANG, Duluth IAP, MN.
    Operated with markings: Duluth, MINNESOTA

    August 1989

    One of four F-4Ds of the 179th FIS of the Minnesota ANG deployed to Fresno, CA, to temporarily relieve the 194th FIS with the Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) task as the latter transitioned to F-16A/B Fighting Falcon.

    6 July 1990

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number FP530.

    1 June 1999

    To Fritz Enterprises, Taylor, MI.

    After 1 June 1999

    Scrapped.
