    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI76DEC05: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Rixport Airport, Otisville, MI. The flight departed from Otisville, MI, with the destination Flint, MI. Stalled during the initial climb. Report remarks include: While maneuvering to right aircraft dscndd. Pilot un ck dscnt with full pwr.
