    To John P. Vick, Longmont, CO.

    Shipped Crated to Huntington IN, for Assembly and US civil Certification).

    17 September 1996

    To Longmont Aviation Co, Longmont, CO with new c/r N7621Z.

    From 11 May 1999 to 2005
