    Constructed as a BT-15.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-1995.
    The s/n 42-23105 is often quoted for this airframe, but it belongs to a P-47. Another number suggested was 42-22192, but that comes up with cancelled contract for P-39 and P-63.
