    30 March 1966

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Netherlands Navy with s/n 099.

    7 November 1968

    Withdrawn from use and stripped for parts.

    To Eric Vormezeele, Brasschaat.

    Civil registration OO-DAF {1} reserved but not taken up.

    By 1983
