    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA69F0063: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Craig Airport, Clanton, AL. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure.

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Covington Municipal Airport (9A1) Covington, GA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that the engine gradually began to lose power just after takeoff. The airplane began to descend and subsequently crashed into trees near the end of the runway. A post-crash exam of the aircraft revealed that the carb heat control was in the hot position...
