    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA77DYK12: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Malin, OR. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain on touch down. The factors included; rough uneven terrain and jettisoned load. Report remarks include: Unable to clr hill, landed in rough terrain. Aerial app proficiency check. Incident occurred at or near Malin, OR.
