    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 39265.

    It spent all of WWII at four Navy bases in Florida, Georgia, and Texas as a navigation trainer.

    1948

    Transferred to Marine Corps Air Station, Quantico, VA.

    From 1951 to 1953

    Remanufactured as a SNB-5.

    September 1962

    Redesignated as UC-45J.

    From Unknown to 1965

    Transferred to Twin Cities NAS, MN.
    Last assigned duty station.

    July 1965

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    From 1969 to 1979

    To Central Missouri State College Board of Regents, Warrensburg MO with new c/r N49265.

    From December 1988 to 1999

    To Frank Howerton/Kansas City Beech 18 Inc, Independence MO keeping c/r N49265.
