    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX79FVG71: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 12:11 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Phoenix Airport, Fair Oaks, CA. This was a local flight from Fair Oaks, CA. Collided with wires and/or poles while on a low pass. The factors included; unwarranted low flying and high obstructions on terrain.
