    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DIA69I0036: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 06:48 hours. There was minor damage. Incident occurred at the Woodrum Airport, Roanoke, VA. Landed wheels up on touch down. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport and suspected mechanical discrepancy. Report remarks include: Mail flt. Landing gear jammed during previous retraction. Landed with gear partially extended.
