    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW69D0334: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Suffered a hard landing while performing a power-off autorotative landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Sheared drive between accessory section and crankshaft...
