Incident occurred at the Deer Valley Airport, Phoenix, AZ. This was a local flight from Phoenix, AZ. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout.

Incident occurred at the Agua Dulce Airport, Acton, CA. The flight departed was to returned to Van Nuys, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Pilot knew left brake dragged prior to tkof.

    Notes: Matt Mattavich and Ryan Mountjoy at Camarillo airport just pulled airplane out of hangar that it had been in storage for 30 years. Put new battery in changed oil cleaned spark plugs pulled prop thru 9 times it fired up after second attempt. Taxied it over to Matt Shubin to have annual done to be flown to its current Home and location KCNO as of 2018-10-01
