    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. There were 5,798 hours and 2,451 cycles on the airframe at the time. The cargo flight departed Lima-Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM/SPIM), Peru and was destined for Andoas-Alferez FAP Alfredo Vladimir Sara Bauer Airport (SPAS), Peru. The accident occurred at Lima-J Chavez International Airport (LIM) (Peru) while landing. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: The aircraft started the takeoff roll on runway 33 at Lima (LIM). When reaching VR speed (207 km/h) the copilot announced rotation and the captain raised the nose of the airplane...
