    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI63A0156: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 23:38 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Greater Peoria Airport, Peoria, IL. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. The factors included; low ceiling, and turbulence from clouds and thunderstorms. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport, and suspected or known aircraft damage. The sky conditions were overcast. The ceiling was 400 feet at the accident site. The visibility was 2 miles or less. The precipitaion was rain. There was fog. The weather conditions were IFR. The flight plan type was IFR. Report remarks include: Descended below obstructing terrain. Aircraft continued flight. Landed at Ohare Field. Damaged left wing.

    18 September 1984

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Boca Raton FL Airport (BCT) Boca Raton, FL, United States while on decent. The damage was substantial. Four hours and forty mins after takeoff approximately 6 miles from the destination aprt, both engines stopped running. Attempts to restart the engines were unsuccessful. Thinking they were out of fuel, the crew accomplished a forced landing in a wildlife refuge in 10 feet tall sawgrass...
