    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC63A0184: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:07 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Newark Airport, Newark, NJ. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; landing gear warning and indicating components and improper alignment adjustment. Report remarks include: Landing gear warning horn mis-rigged. Gear lts operated intermittently.

    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Fort Lauderdale/hollywood International Airport (KFLL) Sunny Isles Bch, FL, United States while standing. The damage was substantial. The airline completed weight and balance and dispatch release forms for the initial flight showed an incorrect fuel load at the time the engines were started. The first officer performed a walk-around before the first flight leg which included checking the fuel tanks...
